Portrait of a Lady(fest)

We recently had the great pleasure of being part of Ladyfest Paris’s debut and the gorgeous pics are now up in our gallery.

It was an excellent weekend of wine, women and song. As well as investigating the creepy corners of gorgeous sunny Paris (we do love a good cemetery and Pere Lachaise did not disappoint) we got to listen to some top-class music, get a little merry on star-studded Ladyfest cocktails, brush up on our GCSE French and get inspired by the works of some excellent lady artists. Lucky us!

Even luckier, the weather was so nice that we took our little salon into the garden of the Comptoir General. We laid down some big paper and encouraged visitors to explore the theme of the body on that and on our scandalising sans-culottes model herself. We even got interviewed for the Ladyfest radio show! These guys thought of everything.

Massive thanks to everyone involved in Ladyfest Paris for putting us up, making us feel like absolute royalty and helping us out with everything we needed. The food was great too! The first ever Ladyfest Paris was a great success and it was a pleasure to be a part of. Here’s to many more.
