GET YOUR SKATES ON for our ROLLER DERBY special on Tuesday!

We are getting super excited for our special salon next Tuesday and have confirmed some fantastic roller girls (wait til you hear their skater names!) and hear that Love & Cake are also baking up a storm including their infamous breast cakes and whoopie pies for the occasion…get your tickets this weekend, now that its pay day, or prepare to regret it!

@ CASS ART, ISLINGTON 7.30 Doors 8-10pm Event
Ahead of International Women’s Day on 8 March, we celebrate the indomitable power and strength of women in a special ‘Death Becomes Her’ themed salon. Featuring fierce femmes and their awesome alter-egos, real life roller derby players pose in action poses and stretches, in their kit and semi-nude, to celebrate the athleticism of this unique sport and help to promote positive female body image. Capture these wonder women in all their spandex-clad, knicker-blocker-glory as you sketch them in superhero style between the ref’s whistle blows! Help to create a giant collaborative comic strip during the evening.

£8 to participate, drawing materials included thanks to Cass Art. Includes 20% discount on post-drawing drinks at Wenlock & Essex pub. Over 18s only. Limited capacity, advanced tickets recommended. Some tickets available on the door, subject to availability.

BOOK ADV TIX NOW by calling Cass Art on 020 7354 2999 (opening hours,10am-6pm) or pick up in person from Cass Art store in Islington.
