A Midsummer Night’s Scream is sold out…

Well, we did warn you! Our 6th salon of the year has sold out, as have all salons of 2013 so far, so we’re looking forward to bringing the bard back to life to a packed out Cass Art tomorrow night as we celebrate the solstice in a uniquely Art Macabre style.

But don’t fear if you can’t make it to A Midsummer Night’s Scream, for our next event is only a week away! We’re spoiling you with another salon sooner than you can say ‘bare Bottom’, so be sure to snap up a ticket online to our Independence Day special event on Tues 2 July. It’s to be held at the pub opposite from our usual venue of Cass Art, the mighty fine drinking house that is Wenlock and Essex.

Bigger and brasher than usual, in true American style, the venue we’re going to hold DRAWN IN THE USA! at features a light up dance floor, staged area for performances from burlesque starlet Ava Iscariot as an iconic American dead celeb (can you guess who?) and 20% discount at the bar so you can enjoy burgers and beer from Wenlock and Essex’s yummy American style menu at bargain prices. Plus Boney Island’s infamous hotdog eating contest on stage to witness how greed is one of the seven deadly sins…

Pledge your allegiance to the star-spangled banner and come celebrate the USA with us by creating some unique sketches and drawings, whilst listening to American tunes and seeing lots of red, white and blue on stage. Nude and costumed models (Statue of Liberty model? We’ve got it covered…)

Drink, draw, dance and celebrate Independence Day a few days early with us?! Invite your friends and let’s make this one super-sized in honour of America…

Tickets are £10 (plus small booking fee) available from Eventbrite here

Drawing materials included in the price.
